Preparation:
Set your self up in a cozy nest where you will be uninterrupted for about half an hour. You may wish you have something to make notes on hand. And some tea and a snack of nuts and seeds or chocolate to ground yourself after your journey. Follow-up: Take your time immediately after this journey to be with what is. Allow at least ten minutes for integration before moving on with your day. Practice self-care and deep listening, observing and journaling your dreams especially in the 3 days following taking this journey. Observe synchronicities in life. What symbols in life mirror the insights of this journey and your dreamtime messages? Embrace opportunities to express aspects of your self that are wishing to be seen and heard. Experiment with expansion and contraction. What does it feel like to honor the need to be at home? What does it feel like to take a risk and step through an opening presented to you? Write, sing, dance, paint, create, negotiate, develop your business acumen, go on an adventure, forgive someone, make love, laugh and have fun, or be serious ... Be your selves. Discover all that you are at the deepest most glorious primordial miraculous multidimensional soul level.
