Before I found my path, I was hurt and lost. I know what it is to carry gifts you don’t yet understand — to feel everything deeply, to sense what others miss, and to have no map for what to do with any of it.
Healing didn’t come all at once. It came through years of devoted practice, initiatory training, and the willingness to face what I was carrying — childhood wounds, ancestral patterns, the weight of generations. Now I walk alongside women who are ready to do the same. I work with sensitive, intuitive women — many of them healers themselves — who are ready to integrate what they carry at the deepest level. Not just to cope, but to come home to themselves. I attune a field of unconditional love and radical acceptance — held by healed ancestors, spirit guides, and elemental forces — where you can finally hear what you already know. |

Who I Am
I'm a trauma-informed Helix Healing Minister, Integrative Womb Hara Massage practitioner, Andean energy worker, herbalist, interfaith officiant, and four-time international bestselling author facilitating. I have spent 20 years in deep service to individuals and communities in NYC, New Jersey, and online.
But more than any title — I'm someone who knows the way through, because I've walked it. A profound loss in 1994 at the end of my 7-year theater training redirected my path from performance to coherence — and I've never looked back.
I'm a mother, a partner, an unschooler, a food forest dreamer. I live in a thriving multicultural conscious community and tend a biodiverse wild medicine garden. I walk with my Celtic, African, Filipino, and American ancestors, spirit guides, and the choir of the earth's living intelligence.

My Work in the WorldAs Managing Director of the Helix Healing Collective, I steward a psychospiritual healing ministry and training program that has been transforming lives since 1980.
I serve on the founding board of Green Dragon Elemental School, opening in Asheville, NC in 2027 — a nature-based school rooted in earth wisdom and elemental learning. In 2020, I co-founded EmRahMa Feminine Mystery College — an initiatory apprenticeship in ecstatic feminine wisdom and priestess embodiment to unearth and resurrect your gifts — now available on demand or with 1:1 support. |
My WorldMy work is held by a rich cosmology of healed ancestors, spirit guides, and elemental forces — dragon energies of creation, sovereign mermaid soul wisdom, and the divine presence of Oya, Auset, Sekhmet, Anubis, Bastet, Hathor and others who show up in service of your liberation.
I track energy signatures and patterns, clear what is ready to move, and guide you into connection with your inner child, your shadow, and the deep somatic and spiritual knowing you already carry. The training of my instrument spans over 30 years — beginning with an MFA in theater at the University of San Diego / Old Globe, where I first learned to eat my shadow, and continuing across somatic, ancestral, psychospiritual, and earth-based traditions — Q'ero, Maya, Toltec, Lakota, Diné, Tibetan, African, Chinese, and more — alongside deep study of Jungian psychology, Buddhist psychology, Womb Awakening mysticism, and the Helix psychospiritual healing ministry. |
