5/3/2019 1 Comment Let go ~ Let LOVE GrowBreathing-Feeling Presence Practices & Mindfulness Meditation (Part 1 of 3)
This has been my mantra the last couple of weeks. In this video I candidly share with you about my current mindfulness and meditation practice.
NOTE: In this video I reference a couple of women who I learned about the day before and I promised to note their names here. The first mention was regarding the meditation breath work of Kathleen Booker, Jedi of Calm, Queen of Serene; and later I quoted Ginny Nadler's statement "There is only one nervous system" - both from their interviews I'd just watched on the Yoni Power Summit "to empower women to heal our body, nourish our spirit, and harness the power of our sacred yoni". I cannot say enough about how important and potent the medicine these women share is for us and our daughters to hear! I am filled with love and gratitude for Susan Gala, her vision and her dedication to women with this blessed project.
