Breathing-Feeling Presence Practices & Mindfulness Meditation Part 2 & 3
Welcome back for more letting go to let love grow! First of all, I want to thank you for the work you are doing to be more present in your awareness. This work you do not only feeds your soul but creates a garden for all life to grow along with you. We are co-creative weavers of this world we live in. When you take the time for yourself in this way, to feel and be all that you are, you give your community, your family, your partner, the gift of your deepening presence.
I recorded these two practices as one video but have separated them below so that you may do them separately at any time. The first is a mindfulness meditation practice, while the second is a breathing-feeling presence practice which very, very gently takes you deeper into the consciousness of your body-being.
Each time you do these practices you will have a different experience.
The second practice especially has a tendency to awaken insights at just the right time, when your body needs and wants and is ready to feel it. It can even be cathartic. At other times, it may simply be a relaxing experience of becoming more present. This second guided practice I offer is a variation of the Pelvic Presence womb awakening practice I learned while apprenticing with Dr. Azra and Seren Bertrand.
