It is a practice, this letting go of who we think we are and what we as people are attached to. It is a practice, to extend our green limbs up from the muddy roots that nourish us, to bloom our lotus flower and receive what nourishes us from above. It is a practice, this learning to listen to the wise whispering within, to the one who speaks truth and serves only love. And there are so many ways to practice. We learn as we repeat our lessons, again and again, until we are satisfied we have embodied the learning, until we begin to practice in more subtle ways, unravelling our armored layers and letting go of luggage we have no more use for. Until we reach a point where we realize there is no arrival at a destination where we are perfect beings, where we are better than any other being. I am no more of value than the children beside me, or the cat I feed, or the earth I walk upon. The practice is to continually listen and follow the wisdom of my particular right path in this present moment. That path has led me through many places of being, both existentially excruciating and joyfully sublime, to this beautiful day. I have been practicing and stumbling and falling for a very long time. We all have been doing this for lifetimes! And we are on an amazing precipice here in time, between then and now, what was and what is becoming - and we have the primordial power to create a more beautiful vision and to create nightmares of pain. We get to choose. You decide. I decide. In every moment we have choices.
Feed the wild wolf and eat the shadow. When we allow all of nature to thrive, reintegrate and merge into wholeness all the wild aspects of our nature - all those frightened, angry, hurt parts of our young and past selves that have become shadowy judges, monsters unleashed within and projected out into the world, creating unharmonious discordant strife, pain and war in all our relating - when we understand this, we practice empathy and compassion. In the embrace of the 'monster that rears its ugly head' we find we may hear the still-innocent cry of a baby in our arms. Fear and pain became too great to contain, and we push it outward and allow it to direct our lives and relationships in self-defensive protection, until we can no longer function that way anymore, until we soften and heal. And in that self-attentive gentle nurturing, we feed the wild wolf and eat our shadow and expand our consciousness, our empathy, and our love for all life. For a few years, Spirit has been calling me to "share the medicine" of the holistic psycho-spiritual methods and practices of integration and balance I have learned. Finally, I have heard how to respond to this particular call of our ancestors. Now as I emerge from another spiral of shedding my past, I create this portal to channel healing services and offerings as a way of being in continual practice with the Buddhist eightfold path of Right View, Right Intention, Right Speech, Right Action, Right Livelihood, Right Effort, Right Mindfulness and Right Concentration. From the great galactic womb for the healing of all life on this planet, I also plant the sacred seed of a Psycho-Spiritual Alchemical Embodiment Healing Apprenticeship for the perpetual learner and healing practitioners here and now for our collective evolution and trust with a prayer that the healing will resonate. Embody Your Medicine begins on the Full Moon Vernal Equinox, Wednesday March 20, 2019. The medicine is already germinating inside you, ready to expand exponentially. Examine all the offerings and share with your community. In Munay/With Love, Dhyana
