Over the last couple of years I have been gestating along with the collective consciousness and all the cellular growth of our becoming here on our planet. Tuning into this field of evolutionary growth, I surrendered to whatever my awareness was drawn to focus on. As I did so, I began to write about it, talk about it, and to nurture events steeped in these life-affirming energies being anchored to disrupt the status quo. The first of these event ideas manifested as a seed for an unschooling conference rooted in the non-dominant cultures. As I developed this long-term project, an offshoot was birthed for monthly local community gatherings to deepen our relationship to joy, ourselves and each other. All the while, another sprout was being watered by a force greater than myself as I was invited to offer services at my local chiropractor's office. Eventually this bloomed into a psychospiritual healing clinic offering services for our local community, a supportive compliment to the healing services provided by my chiropractor. Now it is my great pleasure to formally announce the birth of these Joyspring offerings to the community: Joyspring Dance: Healing Creative Spaces bit.ly/joyspringdance Joyspring Healing Clinic: Bloomfield Womb bit.ly/joyspringhealingclinic May Joyspring be rooted in the earth and birthed through the womb to support our evolution in love, in our bodies and on our planet. UPDATE:
It is January 7th, 2021. Both the clinic and the dance spaces have closed due to quarantine restrictions and the Covid-19 virus. However, the Joyspring retreat turned into a joyful online refuge for families in quarantine. The new website is www.joyspring.com. I will be planning another online event assuming public gathering spaces will still be limited to small numbers. Stay tuned for announcements about the second annual Joyspring family gathering. Thank you, Dhyana

Sharing the Medicine has rooted my joy in service of life, love, family, self and community. Listening and responding to the field of resonance, I find myself in alignment with creation, recognizing affirmations mirrored in synchronicity all around the world, as we re-align with life and thrive, embracing joy as the shift that resists oppression and emancipates our spirit from the confines of conditioning and illusion.
I have a few announcements to share that have been born out of my personal journey with the work of liberation and spiritual growth. I continually return to the question, how may I be of service now? What is my soul mission tasking me with now? What is wanting to be born from the seed within me? In my most recent share (Authentic Layers: The Medicine of Being Seen 8/30/20) I talk about the idea of going back to school, so to speak, to learn or re-learn what we need to know to evolve and thrive. Sometimes the introspective journey must be taken with support, and discussed out loud, given an audible voice, to manifest into form from spirit what is crowning into being. I encouraged by example and spoke about my personal process through the letting go, not-knowing, and moving from formlessness into form. What was born out of that space-time of shifts and drifts and leaping with trust are these heart-centered offerings: Friends,
I have modified the free offering for this dark and new moon cycle. What was originally scheduled has been replaced by what Spirit called me to bring forth for us: Releasing Grief It is shadow-work time, folks. De-condition those old truths that do not serve love and keep us disconnected from ourselves. Take the time to journey inward, to feel all the places where energy is lodged and awaiting release and reclamation. The time of dark moon just before the new moon begins to show her silver crescent is a perfect time to journey into that underworld within. Initiate a new path forward for you, in relationship to all life, starting with your relationship to yourself. Slow down, tune in and allow yourself to listen deeply, to feel deeply, to release and clear and emotionally purge yourself. Allow yourself to be informed by and re-oriented toward your center. What are your needs? What feels alive for you? This is where the medicine is. Then on the new moon, your inner garden bed will be clear and fertile for new seed planting. It is a practice, this letting go of who we think we are and what we as people are attached to. It is a practice, to extend our green limbs up from the muddy roots that nourish us, to bloom our lotus flower and receive what nourishes us from above. It is a practice, this learning to listen to the wise whispering within, to the one who speaks truth and serves only love.
And there are so many ways to practice. We learn as we repeat our lessons, again and again, until we are satisfied we have embodied the learning, until we begin to practice in more subtle ways, unravelling our armored layers and letting go of luggage we have no more use for. Until we reach a point where we realize there is no arrival at a destination where we are perfect beings, where we are better than any other being. I am no more of value than the children beside me, or the cat I feed, or the earth I walk upon. The practice is to continually listen and follow the wisdom of my particular right path in this present moment. |
