This cancellation notice discloses the cancellation practices for all services (except the terms and conditions for Integrative Womb Hara Massage Ceremonies which are defined here: Terms). Thank you for adhering to the following guidelines for our work together:
- Notify me via email or text 24hrs in advance of any cancellations in order to receive a refund. This applies for rescheduling appointments as well. Your appointment time can benefit someone else seeking support that day.
- If a session is missed due to unforeseen last-minute circumstances, please do notify me as soon as possible to let me know you're alright and to confirm your rescheduled appointment.
- When you are ready to terminate long-term psychospiritual counseling, it is recommended to schedule a closing session so that you can integrate your healing and process emotions resulting from core wound patterns of abandonment. Be mindful of this preventative self-care practice and book a final session with me.
