Honoring the Downward Spirals and Your Soul Stirrings
It's been a while but I'm back with an update. Here's the most current medicine I wish to share with you. Blessings and courage as we embark upon this new decade.
I have a regular practice of self-inquiry. It spirals in dark deep, deep cycles into the void cauldron, returning again and again deeper still to feel and know my soul and the cosmic cycles of life, death and rebirth.
And The Imperative of Actively Maintaining Our Consciousness of Magic
This is me checking in on a cozy freezing New England full moon in Taurus morning to share what's up after an unplanned hiatus from the published schedule for Sharing the Medicine.
With this offering you will go on a shamanic drum journey dance of inner sacred union.
Of the utmost importance, I implore you to keep the magic alive and active during your journey on this planet.
Walking Through Fire ~ Renewing the Flow of Sacred Union
This is a follow-up to an interview my husband Fred Kluth and I recently did on Alan Ritter's podcast, An Emerging Forest, where we talked about walking the path of peace, love and joy in a world that has continuously created conditions where suffering and hatred are acceptable norms. We revealed a bit about how we successfully live in harmony and navigate the dissonance and we want to now offer some more personal and vulnerable insight into our collaborative process and reflections about a very difficult time in our relationship.
Embracing Life to Embody its Gifts
The gifts we receive in life, the teachings and the lessons, are everywhere. The gift of going 'back to school' to embody the medicine that is needed, to learn to shed the layers no longer needed, to reach out to one another in community, is that we reveal renewed layers of our cells and selves. In this vulnerability of exposure we are reanimated, reinvigorated, as we embrace life anew and continue our journey. This is me. Continually healing. This is how I do the work of examining, exploring, identifying, embracing and experiencing Pathways to Sustain Joyful Liberation.
Expanding Your Awareness of Experiences
This new moon I share with you an offering of personal insights about how I work with tracking the mystery of life/becoming, to heal and integrate peripheral energy from separation paradigms into sacred union wholeness, automatically dissolving what cannot exist on the natural sovereign throne of our being of powerful expansive love. May this lotus flower seed medicine continue to blossom and bloom within us all, nourishing our full-spectrum sensual soul-spirit-being-body!
In the MedicineWay Irma StarSpirit Turtle Woman Teaches
A journey is like a dream. With a conscious dreaming journey such as soul retrieval or past life regression, you are guided through time and space by an experienced facilitator whom you have asked to go somewhere, to get something for you. The journey is embarked upon with an intention. A question you are seeking an answer to ...
A Shamanic Journey to our Spirit Guides
Before I take you on a shamanic journey to the upper realms to receive the medicine and wisdom that awaits your presence, I will share with you a bit of ocean medicine and ritual magic to help clear the ways for you. May you flow on your life journeys with unobstructed ease.
Clearing Pathways to Sustain Joyful Liberation
You may listen to how your body wants to move and do this in your own quiet way but I invite those of you who are able to stand up and join me in this practice:
This practice, which I do in my own modified way allowing my body to move as it wills, listening to the impulses of my heart, utilizes the pathways within us as we focus on the rising energy from Earth and descending energy from the Cosmos. You can visualize yourself at the center of a toroidal flow of energy, connecting with the All.
Embracing the Cycles of our Nature and Communion with Animal Medicine
I share this medicine during a full moon. The moon is known to have an effect upon the waters of our bodies. The fullness of the moon can feel like an a fountain of life. However, rather than fullness and fruition, I know some of you are feeling some form of letting go, shedding, dissolving, surrendering or initiatory death despite the moon's current cycle. Yet because it is a full moon, you think you are supposed to be celebrating your abundance.
To those of you who feel that way right now, I invite you to consider this ...
Focus inward and trust what you sense. Allow yourself to move with the ebb of release if that is what you are tuning into within your body-being. There are many pathways, and much medicine to be found along these ancient paths - if you are looking for it. Here is another tool to place in your toolbox for when you feel inclined to call upon it: a guided shamanic journey to find your power animal.
Listening deeply for the benevolent guides who surround and support you
New Moon blessings of release and movement through discomfort!
On the schedule for today was a guided shamanic journey and working with power animals but what came through again was slightly different.
I've got to keep returning to The Source. It is the only thing that makes sense and feels so right when I do. There are many paths leading to and from this spiritual center - the cosmic womb of life, God, nature, the wellspring, mother-father-birther - whatever name it is given. Dance is one of these pathways and it is sacred wisdom passed down from generation to generation, a precious medicine our ancestors received and which they teach us to keep receiving.
So let us explore the power of intentional dance to move stagnant or ungrounded energy together. The medicinal healing power of moving energy through your body with dance is a powerful tool you can use anytime, anywhere, and with anyone. Try dancing with your children and see how it makes you all feel.
The purpose of the work we do is to help allow the natural process of resolution and integration of experience to continually flow into wholeness and pathways of sustainable joyful liberation.

The womb is to create and give birth to life.”
