My work is trauma-informed, body-centered, and psychospiritual.
Sessions are guided, consent-based, and responsive to your nervous system and lived experience.

Most people choose one of the following three options:
1. Initial Womb-Led Psychospiritual Consultation (2 hours) — Introductory Rate — $225

A comprehensive intake and orientation for new clients.

We explore psychological history, nervous system patterns, embodied awareness, spiritual and ancestral context, and current life thresholds to establish a safe and sustainable path for ongoing work.

Recommended for:

  • first-time clients
  • complex or long-term healing journeys
  • significant life transitions

BOOK INITIAL CONSULTATION
2. Psychospiritual Integration Session (90 minutes) — Primary Ongoing Work
$249

This is the main container for ongoing psychospiritual integration.
Sessions may include shadow and inner child integration, ancestral and intuitive development, womb-led awareness, and nervous-system-informed somatic pacing. Work is titrated to support sustainable change, repair, and embodiment rather than overwhelm.

Many clients alternate these sessions with shorter integration sessions depending on capacity and need.

3. Accessible Integration Session (45 minutes) — Pay What You Can

A shorter integration-focused session for continued support, reflection, and nervous system regulation. Well suited for integration between longer sessions or for those seeking accessible care. The pacing and focus are adapted to the shorter time frame.
